1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using https://sspecs.com (“Site”) and/or purchasing any products (“Products”) from SSPECS ENTERPRISES (“SSPECS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase Products.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Order acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including product unavailability or incorrect pricing).
  • Prices: Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. Final price charged will be the price confirmed at checkout.
  • Payments: We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before Products are shipped. All card transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways — SSPECS does not store full card details.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping: Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of dispatch. SSPECS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Returns & Refunds: If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at the contact details below with photos and order details. Returns are processed according to our Returns Policy which is incorporated into these Terms. Products returned must be in original condition unless defective. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

For hygiene and electrical safety reasons some items may not be returnable unless faulty — check product page or contact support for details.

4. Warranty, Use & Safety

Many of our Products include the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary per product and manufacturer and are not guaranteed by SSPECS beyond what the manufacturer provides. You agree to follow installation and safety instructions provided with the Product. Improper installation or modification may void warranties and SSPECS assumes no liability for improper use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of SSPECS or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSPECS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SSPECS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or Products. Our aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.
